Discover the history of Château de Luins
A wine estate spanning 10.5 ha on the hillsides between Nyon and Morges. The Chasselas grape variety rules supreme here; it covers 95% of the vineyard and is matured in oak barrels. The harvest is carried out by hand. The pruning technique is cordon de Royat. This pruning technique yields a high plant per hectare density, which means that there are fewer berries per vine stock, and are therefore of better quality. The six vertical presses, used until 1962, are still on display.See the portrait of Château de Luins.
